• Shopping Errand Exception and Delivery: Right now we only offer shopping errand in Benin city, Nigeria and look forward to servicing other states in Nigeria

  • Delivery Terms:  1.  All shopping errand made in Benin city, we be delivered the next day after each order (exception can be made for special request for same day delivery if made before 10 am; contact us for further details upon ordering)

• Flexible Delivery Timeframes across Nigeria: For all other shopped item across the country we typically deliver orders within 1 to 5 business days, depending on the delivery option you select at checkout. Whether you choose standard, expedited, or next-day delivery, we strive to meet your expectations promptly.

Other Important Delivery Information:

1. Delivery time is between 1pm- 7pm . ( Mondays - Saturdays), Please we are might be unable to process same day deliveries on Saturdays .
2. Same day delivery sometimes available for retail quantities if the order is placed before 10am of that day.
3. Items not available on the regular website list can be included.
4. Delivery cost starts fro N2000 upwards (depending on location and weight of food items).
5. We are able to deliver certain food items to the US, UK and Canada; the delivery cost for international orders differ from the local delivery rates. On the average, kindly contact us for rates. Time of delivery is usually between 10-14 working days.

It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address and to ensure that an appropriate person is available at the specified location during the designated delivery time slot.

Missed Deliveries:

Akaehi Foods does not accept liability for any issues resulting from missed deliveries. This includes, but is not limited to, failed delivery attempts due to the absence of a responsible recipient at the delivery address.

Unattended Deliveries:

If you instruct Akaehi Foods or our third-party delivery partners to leave your order unattended at the delivery location, Akaehi Foods disclaims all liability for any consequences that may arise from this action. This includes, but is not limited to, risks such as theft, tampering, or contamination of the delivered items.
